Where do you ship from? All inventory is staged, inspected, and dispatched from our bench in El Paso, Texas.
What is the lead time? We aim for 24-hour dispatch. Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within one business day. While our official shipping window is Mon-Fri, we frequently dispatch on Saturdays to get gear into the field faster.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, Civic Standard ships only to U.S. addresses and APO/FPO/DPO locations. We strictly adhere to all federal export regulations.

What does “Hand-Deburred” mean? Mass-produced polymer parts often have “flashing” (sharp plastic edges). We manually refine every magazine coupler at our workbench to ensure a snag-free profile and superior grip texture. If it doesn’t meet our visual and functional standard, it doesn’t ship.
What are “Blemish” (Blem) items? Blem units have minor cosmetic imperfections like surface scratches or dark spots. They are structurally identical to our standard gear and carry the same functional guarantee but are offered at a significant discount.

The Duty-Ready Guarantee: We stand behind our gear. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal operational use, we will replace it. Equipment shouldn’t be a variable in your kit.
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for unused, standard-stock items. Please note that “Blemish” packs are Final Sale and are not eligible for cosmetic returns.
How do I start a return? Contact us directly at support@civicstandardsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll provide a instructions on how to process a replacement.

ITAR/Export Compliance: Some of the items we sell are subject to ITAR or EAR regulations. By purchasing from Civic Standard, you certify that you are a U.S. Person and will not export these items without proper authorization.
