Veteran-Owned. Built for Readiness.
The Mission
Civic Standard was founded in El Paso, Texas, with a single objective: to provide a baseline of quality in an unpredictable marketplace. We specialize in sourcing and developing tactical gear that serves a singular purpose: Utility above all.
The Standard of Service
As a veteran-owned business, we don’t believe in gear that “might” work. Our founder’s approach is rooted in military service and a deep commitment to personal and community preparedness. We understand that in any critical situation—whether on duty or in a personal readiness scenario—the smallest failure in your equipment can become your biggest liability. We vet every product for the “prepper” mindset, where reliability isn’t just a luxury; it’s a requirement.
The Bench Standard
We don’t believe in “good enough.” Every Duty-Grade magazine coupler and rail panel is hand-inspected and manually deburred right here in our El Paso shop. We take the time to remove factory imperfections by hand, ensuring a professional, snag-free interface with your kit. If it isn’t ready for a 72-hour bag or a field deployment, it doesn’t leave our bench.
Funding the Future
We are currently liquidating our Duty-Grade series to fund our transition to in-house American manufacturing. Our upcoming Type-2 line will be engineered and manufactured in Texas using industrial PA6-GF (Glass-Filled Nylon). By choosing Civic Standard, you are directly supporting the next generation of veteran-owned, American-made tactical innovation.
